From past four years I am buying bluewud products and I had never an issue about product quality and delivery of the products. This time unfortunately I got opened box, damage and lost items. Poor service

Ordered this unit on 30th Oct and it showed 3 to 5 working days to ship. See attached photo. Today is 16 Nov and it has still not got delivered and they said it will take 48 hrs after delivery to assemble it. I am flying back to Australia on Friday 18th Nov. wasted lots of time calling everyday. Nobody took me seriously. This deal spoiled my holidays. If they had mentioned 20 days I would not have bought it. Very misleading information on site.
