Great Design - Quality Needs Major Improvement

The total piece comes in 6 panels to be self installed. The panels have pre made holes for installing the screws. 2/6 panels were defective in my case. The holes where we have to install the screws were already having cracks. I got a replacement for the cracked part from the company. But if 2 of 6 parts are coming defective, then company should focus on stronger build quality and safer transportation methods.
